These Terms & Conditions outline the basis on which Boho Meadows provides wedding floristry services. By making an enquiry, booking services, or using this website, you agree to the following terms.
About the Business
Boho Meadows specialises in dried and preserved wedding floristry, including bespoke personal flowers and venue florals provided on a rental basis.
These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness and a smooth experience for both parties.
Enquiries & Bookings
Submitting an enquiry via this website does not guarantee availability or constitute a booking.
A booking is only confirmed once:

Availability has been agreed

Details have been confirmed in writing

Any required deposit or payment has been received
I reserve the right to decline enquiries that are not a suitable fit for my services.
Bespoke Design Work
All bouquets, accessories and bespoke designs are created individually and tailored to each wedding.
Because of the bespoke nature of the work:

Designs may vary slightly from inspiration images

Final pieces are guided by availability of materials, artistic judgement and natural variation

Exact replication of previous work or images cannot be guaranteed
This variation is part of the handcrafted, bespoke process.
Venue Floral Rentals
Venue florals are provided on a rental basis only and remain the property of Boho Meadows at all times.
Minimum Spend
Venue floral rentals are subject to a minimum spend of £500.
Use & Care of Rental Items
Clients agree that:

Rental items are used for their intended purpose only

Items are not moved, altered or dismantled without permission

No candles, naked flames or substances likely to cause damage are placed near rental florals
Any loss or damage beyond normal wear may be chargeable.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) Prices may vary depending on:

Scale of the wedding

Level of detail
-
Venue requirements
-
Design complexity
Quotes are valid for a limited time as outlined in your proposal.
Discounts
Any discounts offered (such as multi-element savings) apply only where stated and cannot be combined with other offers unless agreed in writing. Discount thresholds are calculated based on the final venue floral spend.
Cancellations & Changes
Client Cancellations
If you need to cancel or significantly change your booking, please notify me as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of wedding bookings:

Deposits are non-refundable

Cancellations close to the wedding date may result in additional charges
Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking agreement.
Changes to Design
Design changes are welcome within reason, but must be requested by the agreed cut-off date.
Late changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
Force Majeure
I cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to:

Extreme weather

Illness or injury

Venue restrictions

Acts of God or government restrictions
In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to find a fair solution.
Liability
While every care is taken in the creation and handling of florals, Boho Meadows cannot be held responsible for:

Allergic reactions

Damage caused by third parties

Venue restrictions or access issues beyond my control
Liability is limited to the value of the services booked.
